Tenga Flip Hole vs Fleshlight

A few of you have asked us a very pertinent question, namely, which is better? The tried and tested Fleshlight or the new kid on the block, the Tenga Flip Hole?

Short and sweet.. the Tenga is great.  I’m throwing out my Fleshlight for 3 major reasons:

1)  Appearance. I don’t really have to hide it as hard. People who do come in my room, just assume its like a wireless headphone receiver.

2)  Tenga obviously put a great deal of thought into the internal design, with a detailed silicone form made to create a whole new experience. The buttons on the side allow you to control the pressure on the head, bottom tightness, as well as help in creating a strong vacuum suction! Whereas with the Fleshlight, there is only 1 tightness level depending on which one you bought!

3)  MAJOR POINT – the clean-up. It’s 1000x easier to clean than the Fleshlight. Open it up, run it under water with a little soap and.. BAM! .. done in about 20 seconds. The casing also acts as a drying stand, so you can just let it drip dry. No more trying to clean out a hole where you can’t tell if you’re getting everything.

4)  Included with the Flip Hole are three free single-use lubes to try out. Mild is a soft lotion, Real is…well…realistic, and Wild has a minty menthol kick to it.

Oh, one “bad” point we found with the Flip Hole – it takes twice (or so) the amount of lube the Fleshlight Lady takes, thus making it a little noisier because of all the ridges and bumps and waves (if that bothers you at all)

Now we do still love the the Fleshlight, they are still absolutely amazing, given the choice of color and variety of openings. But in the end the Tenga Flip hole just feels better and you can avoid the whole cleaning and maintenance issue that we have with the Fleshlights.

I own four Fleshlights and I thought it would be a great idea to share my opinions on the different types available to those of you who are still Fleshlight virgins.

The first one I ordered was the pink lady original and I have to say it is probably the one I’ve used most often. I am 7″ by 5.5″ and this seems to be a pretty good fit for me. This one also feels the most realistic (in my humble opinion), and I can last a really long time with it unlike the other ones I own. If you are getting your first one, I would definitely recommend! Did I mention the Fleshlight body is quite big? It seems almost too big, but right after the first use I found it to be pretty well sized.

The speed bump comes in close second. If you own a penis, you definitely have to own one of these!

I just think it feels really weird. The ridges are too big and too hard for me. Not that it feels bad, but it just isn’t as good as the others, but I have read some great reviews on it from other people, so maybe it’s just me!

Probably the best advice I can give to using these things is to warm them up REALLY well. Hot water out of the tap isn’t enough. Soaking it in water just cool enough to put your hand in for 6-7 minutes should do the trick, but these things lose heat pretty fast. First prize would be to get yourself one of the Fleshwarmer accessories, they have 2 heat settings and are electrical.

Cleanup is relatively fast. I thought that cleanup would be a big problem, and take a long time – but it really only takes a few seconds. I’m using a town hanger to hold it in place while it dries.

As far as lube goes, I’d recommend plain old Super Slik. It is really cheap and does the job just as well as astroglide or the ID glide stuff. At LingerieLicious they give it to you as a free gift anyway so works for me!

I’ve just been told that there is a USB adaptor that makes your Fleshlight interactive with your PC, I’m going to try this out asap and will let you know how it went!
